Blueberry & Melon Toss

  1. In a glass serving bowl, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon and blueberries.
  2. In a small dish, combine honey and lemon juice; stir until mixed.
  3. Pour over melons; toss gently to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving time.
  5. Garnish with mint, serve at room temperature.
