Pineapple Parfait Pie Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
  2. Add in water to syrup to make 1 1/4 c..
  3. Combine gelatin and syrup; bring to boiling.
  4. Stir till gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add in ice cream by spoonfuls to warm liquid; stir till melted.
  7. Refrigeratetill partially set; mix in pineapple.
  8. Pile filling into pastry shell.
  9. Refrigeratetill hard.
  10. Garnish with whipped cream.
