Corn, Mozzarella and Tomato Fresca

  1. chop mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. tear basil leaves into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. chop tomatoes into long slices.
  4. mix all ingredients into a large serving dish.
  5. salt and pepper to taste.
  6. tastes best if chilled in fridge for an hour.
