Flora's Country Ham Breakfast Sammie

• 6 English Muffin
• 6 fried eggs
• 1 packet of hollandaise sauce (knorr brand)
• 6 Slices of Country Ham

1. In a skillet fry your country ham slices until brown
2. Toast your muffins in the toaster while the ham is cooking.
3. In a small sauce pan cook hollandaise to package directions
4. Fry up your eggs.
5. You can do over easy or medium.
6. To assemble lay a slice of ham on the toasted english muffin bottom, top with the egg, then spoon on the sauce.
