Banana and white chocolate chip muffins
- 5 oz self raising flour
- 5 oz margarine
- 5 oz sugar
- 5 ripe bananas
- 1 large egg
- 5 oz (or as many as you like) white chocolate chips
- Cream together the margarine and sugar, gradually stir in the self raising flour.
- Beat the egg and add to the mixture.
- Add the dash of milk.
- Mash the bananas and add to the flour mixture.
- Add the white chocolate chips.
- Pre-heat the oven to 180F C. Line a muffin tray with muffin cases (makes around 8).
- Divide the mixture between the muffin cases and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
