Vanille Kipferl
- 100 grams Almonds
- 250 grams Flour
- 210 grams Butter
- 80 grams Castor Sugar
- 16 grams Vanilla Sugar
- 16 grams Vanilla Sugar
- 160 grams Icing Sugar
- Knead all the dough ingredient together
- Place in airtight container for 30 minutes in fridge
- Mix the coating ingredients together in an airtight container
- Form the dough into sausages of 4cm diameter
- Cut into slices of 1-2cm thickness
- Form the kipferln onto a baking paper lined tray
- Bake at 165C for 20 minutes or until light brown
