Vanille Kipferl

  1. Knead all the dough ingredient together
  2. Place in airtight container for 30 minutes in fridge
  3. Mix the coating ingredients together in an airtight container
  4. Form the dough into sausages of 4cm diameter
  5. Cut into slices of 1-2cm thickness
  6. Form the kipferln onto a baking paper lined tray
  7. Bake at 165C for 20 minutes or until light brown
