Sausage and Bacon Cheese Quiche #Ragu
- 1 prepared refrigerated deep dish pie shell
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 cup Italian sausage, sliced and cut in half
- 12 cup bacon, chopped
- 12 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 14 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 14 cup Ragu Pasta Sauce (parmesan pasta sauce with roasted garlic)
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Poke one of the pie crusts with a fork to make small holes and bake the pie crust in the oven for about 2-3 minutes.
- In a large nonstick skillet, add the oil.
- Add the sausage meat and cook about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the bacon and cook until golden about 4-5 minutes.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta and the eggs until creamy.
- Stir in the goat cheese, mozzarella, parmesan sauce, salt and pepper.
- Take thecooked sausage and bacon and pour into the cheese mixture, stir.
- Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake for about 30- 35 minutes or until golden.
