Touchdown Trail Mix!
- 1 cup Raw Pumpkin Seed Kernels
- 1 cup Raw Sunflower Seed Kernels
- 1 cup Raw Peanuts
- 2 dashes Sea Salt
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place seeds and nuts on a cookie sheet in a thin layer and bake at 350 F for about 5-10 minutes.
- Dont roast them too long because you will lose some of the health benefits.
- Remove from oven.

- Sprinkle seeds with sea salt and let them cool.
- Place them and the raisins in an airtight container.
- I like to use mason jars.
