Carnation Famous Fudge

  1. Line an 8 inch baking pan with foil.
  2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla extract.
  7. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
  8. Pour into prepared pan.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  10. Lift from pan and remove foil.
  11. Cut into pieces.
