Sesame Pork Ribs
- 5 boneless country pork ribs
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 2 tsp roasted and ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 hoisin; as needed
- 3/4 tsp sesame seeds; for garnish
- Marinate pork in sesame oil overnight.
- Season with dried spices.
- Grill a few minutes on each side until thermometer reaches 140.
- Brush with hoisin before completion.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
