Crispy Seeded Pita Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. In a small bowl, toss the mustard, caraway and sesame seeds with the pepper and salt.
  3. Arrange the pita triangles on a large cookie sheet, smooth side down.
  4. Brush the pita triangles with the oil and sprinkle the seed mixture on top.
  5. Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
