Creamy Spinach Dip

• 48 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, chopped
• 2 qt. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
• 3 cups KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
• 1-1/2 cups sour cream
• 1-1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 2 tsp. dill weed

1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients in large bowl; cover.
3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
