Cowboy Energy Cookies
- 1 34 cups flour
- 12 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 14 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup chocolate, chips-semi sweet
- 13 cup raisins
- 14 cup dates
- 14 cup pecans
- 2 12 cups quick oats
- In large bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- In separate bowl, mix flour, salt and soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients with creamed mixture until dough forms.
- Fold in oats, chocolate chips, pecans, raisins, and dates one at a time.
- Roll into 1" balls and drop on lightly greased cookie sheet 2" apart.
- Bake 9-11 minutes at 375 degrees or until edges golden brown.
- Do not over bake.
- Cookies will firm as they cool.
