Crock pot beef tips
- 2 1/2 lb stew meat
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water in soup can
- 1/2 can 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Mix soup, evaporated milk, water & garlic in bowl.
- Blend well
- Add meat to crock pot top with onions & salt and pepper
- Add soup mix
- Top with cheese cover
- Turn on crock pot to low for 6-8 hours until meat tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
