Flavorful Swiss Steak

  1. Cut steak into serving pieces.
  2. Mix flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak.
  3. Brown steak in oil or bacon drippings on both sides.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
  5. Pour sauce over steak.
  6. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
