Vegan Szechuan Beef w/ Broccoli

  1. Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
  2. Dice onion and mince garlic then add to the oil.
  3. Saute for a minute.
  4. Remove the sauce pack from the package.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add package of beefless strips to the skillet.
  7. Space the steps out evenly in the pan cooking for a minute on each side.
  8. Add sliced mushrooms.
  9. Slice broccoli florets lengthwise and add to skillet.
  10. Add salt and other seasonings and stir while cooking.
  11. Pour in sauce from pack, stir more then remove from heat.
  12. Serve over white rice or noodles.
  13. Enjoy!
