Chicken Tacos with Avocado Salsa
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 6 TACO BELL Crunchy Taco Shells
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in corn; cook 2 min.
- Add all remaining ingredients except taco shells; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Fill taco shells with chicken mixture.
