Microwave-Baked Smashed Potato Soup

  1. Microwave potatoes in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min., stirring after 2-1/2 min.
  2. Stir in broth and milk.
  3. Microwave 10 min., stirring after 5 min.
  4. Carefully smash potatoes with potato masher.
  5. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  6. each bacon and cheese and 1 Tbsp.
  7. chives for topping.
  8. Stir remaining bacon, cheese and chives into soup.
