  1. Bring a large pot of water (about 8 cups) to a boil.
  2. Stir in the pasta and cook to desired doneness, 8 to 9 minutes.
  3. While the pasta cooks, combine the tomatoes, green onion, basil, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl.
  5. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
