Green Peas and Mushrooms

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and mushrooms.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the peas and 1/2 cup water.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, until the peas are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the salt and pepper.
