Italian sausage stuffed pasta

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Pour sesame oil over Brussels sprouts.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 min.
  5. Run through food processor or blender.
  6. Boil water for jumbo shells.
  7. Use box for cooking instructions.
  8. After draining, cool shells with cold water.
  9. Slice Italian sausage.
  10. Saute in pan until brown.
  11. Mix in garlic, cheese, and tomatoes.
  12. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Stop cooking when cheese is melted.
  14. Spoon Brussels sprouts into shells.
  15. Then spoon a layer of sausage over them.
  16. Bake in 175F oven for 25 minutes.
  17. Enjoy!
