Puget Sound Salmon Chowder
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped potato
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup flaked cooked salmon
- 17 ounces cream-style corn
- 13 ounces evaporated milk
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
- In large pot saute celery, onion, bell pepper, and garlic in butter.
- Add potatoes, carrots, broth, and seasonings.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in salmon, corn, and evaporated milk.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
