Spicy Sausage Dip
- 1 pound Spicy (or Mild) Sausage
- 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese
- 1 block (16 Oz. Block) Velveta Cheese
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Spicy Rotel Peppers
- 13 cups Milk (or As Needed)
- Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
- While the sausage is browning, dice up both the cream cheese and Velveeta.
- Put the chunks of cheese into a microwave safe bowl and add Rotel, liquid and all.
- Place in microwave (make sure to cover it up) and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Remove and stir.
- You will need to repeat this process at least once, maybe twice more.
- If you need to, add the 1/3 cup of milk.
- When your cheese is nice and melted and smooth, mix in the browned sausage till everything is thoroughly incorporated.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
- Note: My boyfriend likes his dip with lots of peppers so from time to time I will add a second can of Rotel with only 1/2 of its liquid.
