Spicy Sausage Dip

  1. Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
  2. While the sausage is browning, dice up both the cream cheese and Velveeta.
  3. Put the chunks of cheese into a microwave safe bowl and add Rotel, liquid and all.
  4. Place in microwave (make sure to cover it up) and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
  5. Remove and stir.
  6. You will need to repeat this process at least once, maybe twice more.
  7. If you need to, add the 1/3 cup of milk.
  8. When your cheese is nice and melted and smooth, mix in the browned sausage till everything is thoroughly incorporated.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
  10. Note: My boyfriend likes his dip with lots of peppers so from time to time I will add a second can of Rotel with only 1/2 of its liquid.
