Meatless Mushroom Burger
- 1/2 cup medium size fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1
- 1 whole wheat sandwich roll, split
- 1 pear, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 1 On-the-Go packet
- 1 bottle of water, 20 fl oz
- Cook and stir mushrooms and onions with olive oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until lightly browned.
- Season to taste with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Heat BOCA burger as directed on package.
- Serve burger on bun topped with mushroom mixture.
- Top sliced pear with yogurt and almonds; serve on the side or for dessert.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
