Cajun Fettuccine
- 1 lb. fettuccine, cooked al dente
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 md. onion, julienned
- 1 sm. red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 sm. green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup thinly sliced andouille sausage,
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- McCormick's Cajun chicken seasoning to taste
- White wine for deglazing pan
- Black pepper to taste
- Heat a large saute pan on high heat, add olive oil, garlic, bell peppers and sausage cook till sausage is done stirring constantly deglaze pan with white wine.
- add heavy cream,parmesan cheese and cooked pasta stirr and season with McCormick's Cajun seasoning to taste, add black pepper to taste.
