Asian-Grilled Pork

  2. Trim pork and butterfly, if desired.

  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.

  6. Place pork in a resealable bag and add marinate.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  9. Grill over medium heat, basting with marinade the first few minutes.
  10. Grill a total of about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  11. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
