Lemon Thai Soup With Shrimp

  1. Saute onion, garlic and jalapeno until soft.
  2. Add flour to make a roux.
  3. Add Cold seafood stock to roux.
  4. If you ad warm stock to warm roux you will have lumps.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except shrimp.
  6. Simmer 1-2 hours.
  7. Add cooked shrimp just prior to serving.
