Baked Brie
- 1 pkg (125 g) Brie cheese
- 2 tsp. apricot jam
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
- Sliced French stick or crackers
- SLICE top skin from cheese.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Spread jam over cheese; sprinkle with almonds.
- BAKE at 300F (150C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is softened.
- Serve hot on French stick or crackers.
