Egg Drop Soup (My Style)
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (powdered)
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 chopped green onion
- 2 cups water
- In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, 2 bouillon cubes, green onions, and the seasonings, and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, beat the egg, until it is blended together.
- Slowly, pour the egg into the broth little by little and let the egg cook until it floats and then you can stir the soup.
- Lets cool and serve.
