Lomo Saltado (Peruvian Stirfry) Recipe
- 1 lb sirloin or possibly tenderloin, cut into bite size pcs
- 1 small onion, cut into strips
- 1 large tomato, cut into strips
- 1 large warm pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro
- Place the cut meat in a bowl or possibly dish, and season it with salt, pepper, a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, and minced garlic.
- Let marinate for at least 20 min.
