Dad's City Light Cafe Chicken Recipe

  1. Prepare pilaf ahead of time.
  2. Saute/fry chicken breast in butter till all pink is gone and meat is barely cooked through.
  3. Add in carrots, celery and leeks and cook till barely tender, but still crisp, (2 to 4 min).
  4. Add in raisins, walnuts, rice pilaf, honey and soy sauce.
  5. Cook till all is warm and the liquid is absorbed (about 2 to 4 min).
  6. Serve on a platter with a steamed green vegetables.
