Veal Scallopini With Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms and onion in two Tbsp.
  2. butter; sprinkle with garlic salt.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Dip veal in mix of cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  5. Brown in remaining 2 Tbsp.
  6. butter in skillet.
  7. Stir in broth and wine; simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add in lemon slices last five min.
  9. Arrange veal on serving plate, top with mushroom mix and spoon sauce over all.
  10. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
