Fiesta Shrimp Dip
- 9 ounces shrimp rinsed and drained
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup salad dressing, thousand island
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 13 cup pace picante sauce
- 2 tablespoons onions grated
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions tops, thinly sliced
- Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.
- Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onions, mix well.
- Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp.
- Chill.
- Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.
