Golden Garbanzo Goodies
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
- 1/2 cups Almond Butter
- 1/2 cups Gluten Free Oats
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 1.
- Using a colander, drain and rinse beans.
- Place them in a food processor.
- Pulse to break up the beans.
- 2.
- Add almond butter, oats, and eggs.
- Pulse until combined.
- 3.
- Add vanilla, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Pulse until well combined.
- 4.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pulse only once or twice just to mix in these last ingredients.
- You do not want to chop them.
- 5.
- Pour batter into a 9x13 oiled baking dish.
- 6.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting and serving.
- Enjoy!
