Grandma's Avocado Black Bean Salsa

  1. I put the avocados in the lime juice for a few minutes to preserve color.
  2. About 2 limes make enough juice.
  3. Drain and rinse the black beans.
  4. Drain the corn.
  5. Allow to sit to blend flavors.
  6. (I used plain white corn.
  7. I couldnt find Shoepeg, whatever that is).
  8. This makes a LOT but it lasts several days in the fridge.
  9. (I'm told.
  10. Mine has never lasted more than 12 hours without being devoured.
