Rich and Delicious Butter Chicken Curry
- 250 grams (A) Chicken thigh meat
- 2 tbsp (A) Paprika (powder)
- 100 grams (A) Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (A) Sugar
- 10 grams (A) Grated ginger
- 10 grams (A) Grated garlic
- 1 can Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 Chicken stock cube
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Put the ingredients listed as A in a ziplock bag, and mix well.
- Rest for about an hour.
- Heat olive oil and half of the butter in a pan.
- Add coarsely chopped onion and cook over the low heat.
- When the onion has slightly browned, add the marinated chicken in yogurt, and stir fry briefly.
- Add crushed tomato, coriander, cumin seeds and chicken stock cubes.
- Simmer while stirring until it is slightly thickened.
- (low heat)
- Add garam masala, heavy cream, sugar, salt and rest of the better to finish.
- Serve on a plate.
- It is extremely delicious with naan bread.
