Peanut Brittle

• 100 grams caster sugar
• 50 grams peanuts

1. Place baking paper on a baking tray
2. Add the caster sugar to a pan and slowly melt.
3. It will clump together as melting and then go a cloudy colour and then golden brown
4. Once melted add the peanuts to the pan and mix together
5. Once mixed tip out onto the baking paper and spread out.
6. (Caution as the sugar will be hot)
7. Leave to cool until set
8. Break into pieces and enjoy.
