Peanut Brittle
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 50 grams peanuts
- Place baking paper on a baking tray
- Add the caster sugar to a pan and slowly melt.
- It will clump together as melting and then go a cloudy colour and then golden brown
- Once melted add the peanuts to the pan and mix together
- Once mixed tip out onto the baking paper and spread out.
- (Caution as the sugar will be hot)
- Leave to cool until set
- Break into pieces and enjoy.
