Mint Tulips

  1. Heat water & pour over mint leaves.
  2. Dissolve sugar in hot water.
  3. Steep 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Strain out leaves.
  5. Add lemon juice & ginger ale when ready to serve.
  6. Pour over ice with a sprig of mint in each glass.
