Mint Tulips
- 1 12 cups water
- mint leaf, handful
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 12 cups lemon juice
- 8 (28 ounce) bottles ginger ale
- fresh mint sprig, for garnish
- Heat water & pour over mint leaves.
- Dissolve sugar in hot water.
- Steep 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Strain out leaves.
- Add lemon juice & ginger ale when ready to serve.
- Pour over ice with a sprig of mint in each glass.
