Southern Oven Fried Veggies #RSC
- 4 cups red potatoes
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- garlic powder
- paprika
- ground pepper
- Quarter potatoes and slice and seperate onions.
- Place in 13 x 9 glass pan.
- Add carrots & corn.
- Combine oil, seasoning mix, cheese, salt, and spices.
- Brush over veggies.
- Bast several times during baking.
- Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Enjoy!
