Southern Oven Fried Veggies #RSC

  1. Quarter potatoes and slice and seperate onions.
  2. Place in 13 x 9 glass pan.
  3. Add carrots & corn.
  4. Combine oil, seasoning mix, cheese, salt, and spices.
  5. Brush over veggies.
  6. Bast several times during baking.
  7. Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
