Tomato Cream Gratin

  1. Wash the tomatoes and wipe off the water.
  2. Remove the stems and slice thinly.
  3. Put the white sauce in a heatproof dish, and place the tomatoes on top.
  4. Top with the melting cheese, Parmesan, black pepper and dried parsley.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes to finish.
