Stawberry-Mango Smoothie
- 2 cup strawberries green leaves and stems removed
- 1 cup 1 ripe mango, cut into cubes (about 1cup)
- 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup (8oz) low fat vanila yogurt
- 1/4 tsp dried mint (optional)
- 1 ice cubes
- 1 EQUIMENT : Measuring cups, Blender, Drinking glasses
- combine the strawberries, mango cubes, and milk in the container of the blender.
- Whirl on high until smooth, about 1minute
- Add the yogurt and mint,if using, to the blender.
- Whirl on high for 20seconds longer.
- Fill drinking glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the smoothie over ice.
- Serve cold.
