Gemelli With Wilted Mustard Greens

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  3. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 30 seconds.
  4. Add mustard greens and salt; cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes or until greens are wilted.
  5. To the pasta, add greens, lemon juice, mustard and 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
  6. Cook, stirring over medium high heat until heated through.
  7. Stir in cheese.
