Apple Breakfast Lasagna Recipe

  1. In small bowl, combine sugar and lowfat sour cream; cover and chill.
  2. Place 6 slices French toast in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Layer ham, 2 c. of cheese and remaining 6 slices of French toast in baking pan.
  4. Spread pei filling over top; sprinkle granola over apples.
  5. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 25 min.
  6. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheddar cheese; bake another 5 min till cheese is melted and casserole is warm.
  7. Serve with lowfat sour cream mix.
