Brigitte's Famous Salsa

• 5 large tomatoes
• 14 cup fresh cilantro
• 12 teaspoon garlic
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon Frank's red hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1. Cut tomatoes with the small blades of a mandolin.
2. Shop cilantro very small.
3. Mince garlic.
4. Mix all ingredients and serve immediately with your favorite corn chips.
