VELVEETA Chicken Parmesan Skillet

  1. Empty Coating Mix pouch into large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken, in batches; close bag.
  3. Shake to evenly coat chicken with coating mix.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add chicken; cook 9 to 10 min.
  6. or until done and evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Add water, Seasoning Mix and Pasta to skillet; stir.
  9. Bring to boil; cover.
  10. Simmer on medium-low heat 13 to 14 min.
  11. or until pasta is tender.
  12. (Note: Some water will remain.
  13. This is necessary to prepare the sauce.)
  14. Stir in VELVEETA Cheese Sauce.
  15. Return chicken to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  16. or until heated through.
  17. Top with tomatoes, Parmesan and basil.
