Apple Smack

• Ice
• 1/2 ounce apple butter
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1 dried apple ring
• Grated nutmeg
• 2 ounces rhum agricole (aromatic West Indian rum)

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the apple ring and nutmeg; shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with the apple and nutmeg.
