Panko Chicken
- 2 -4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 14 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg beaters then into the crumbs.
- Place each piece on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is done and top is a little browned.
