King Oyster Mushroom Sauteed in Butter Ponzu Sauce
- 2 King oyster mushrooms
- 1 Butter or margarine
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 tsp or more Ponzu
- 1 dash Green onions (optional)
- Cut the stem end of the king oyster mushrooms, and cut them lengthwise into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the butter or margarine in a frying pan, then add the king oyster mushrooms.
- Sprinkle in a liberal amount of garlic powder.
- Add the ponzu, then immediately turn off the heat and cook with the residual heat.
- Garnish with green onions and it's ready to serve.
- I also tried adding shiitake mushrooms It turned out delicious.
- Try adding your choice of mushrooms.
