Taffy Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 1/3 c. water
• 1/3 c. butter, softened
• 4 Large eggs
• 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
• 2 1/2 c. minced pared apples, approximately 3 apples
• 3/4 c. packed brown sugar

1. Mix cake mix, water, butter, Large eggs, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon in a large bowl.
2. Beat to mix well.
3. Mix in minced apples.
4. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
5. Sprinkle brown sugar over top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till inserted pick comes out clean.
