Boston Cream Pie

  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.
  2. Spread pudding on bottom cake layer; top with remaining layer.
  3. Melt chocolate and margarine or butter in small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
  4. Blend in sugar, 2 tablespoons hot water and vanilla.
  5. Gradually stir in enough hot water until glaze consistency is reached.
  6. Spread glaze over top of cake.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
